PathfinderLab Lab Dinner Gathering
On July 20, 2026, the members of Pathfinder Lab gathered for a lab dinner to enjoy a great meal and spend time together outside the laboratory. It was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our team spirit, share conversations, and celebrate our ongoing research journey. We look forward to many more moments together as a team.

2026 Best Article Award from the Korean Cancer Association
Professor Sung Hak Lee and Professor Sangjeong Ahn, Co-PIs of the PathFinder Lab, received the 2026 Best Article Award from the Korean Cancer Association (KCA Awards) as co-corresponding authors. The award recognizes outstanding research published over the past year, honoring its scientific excellence and contribution to advancing cancer research. This achievement reflects the lab's continued commitment to impactful, high-quality work in computational pathology and cancer biology, and the collaborative spirit that drives its research forward.

AACR Annual Meeting 2026
From April 17–22, 2026, five members of the PathFinder Lab — Yona Kim, Moonyoung Lee, Harim Chun, Yesul Jeong, and Harim Oh — attended the AACR Annual Meeting in San Diego, with the first four presenting posters. Together, the team attended sessions on spatial omics, AI-driven pathology, and therapeutic targeting, gaining valuable perspectives on computational cancer biology and biomarker discovery that directly inform the lab's ongoing research directions.

2026 PathFinder Lab Winter Workshop
The 4th PathFinder Lab Workshop was held on February 5–6 at Vivaldi Park in Hongcheon. A pre-paper talk covered pathology image analysis, deep learning, and genomics data analysis.

A Joyous Celebration – Soomin Lee’s Wedding
Soomin Lee has recently celebrated her wedding. We sincerely congratulate her and wish her a lifetime of happiness and love. Warmest wishes from all lab members on this joyful occasion.

Korea Clinical Datathon 2025
Our lab members — Sangjeong Ahn, Eunsu Kim, Hyeseong Lee, Euisub Song, and Seongman Hong — participated in Korea Clinical Datathon 2025. We are proud to share that Sangjeong Ahn won 1st place, and Hyeseong Lee received 2nd place for their exceptional work and innovative analysis. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication and remarkable performance!
